In conjunction with Gunryo Pro, PN Magazine was proud to sponsor the MIKOTO TOURNAMENT which took place on February 21st, 1999.  It was in the form of an eight-man elimination tournament held on one night with Alex RAPTOR emerging as the winner, receiving the Mikoto Tournament trophy, a feature article and cover photograph on Issue #11 of PN Magazine and a Gunryo Pro contract.  The matches were exciting and action-filled and the progression through the various rounds can be seen from the diagram to the right.
