Cold Blood Is Red Hot! (02/21/99)
Emanating from the Sapporo Snow Festival, G-Pro's latest supercard was a smashing success featuring wild matches between Demon Boy Ishrinku and "Blood Angel" Simon Ezra, TORA Wanizame winning the Super- Middleweight title from The Banshee and a chaotic melee between the warring International Brotherhood trios.

Banshee Injured (02/21/99)
After losing the Super-Middleweight title to TORA Wanizame in a brutal match, The Banshee's right shoulder appeared to be giving him some difficulty.  Wanizame had targeted the joint during the match and The Banshee has been plagued by past injuries to the same joint.  Following the Cold Blood supercard, he was taken to the hospital for further examination.

Mariko Cup Announced (02/21/99)
The J.I.W.W.A. announced it would be holding the First Annual Mariko Cup All-Star Grand Prix, a round robin tournament beginning in March.  The six competitors have been identified as: Erin Solie, Hurricane ARASHI, Michiko "SPARROW" Yokota, "Beauty Star" Angel Saito, April "Coldfire" Shimoda, and "Heartbreaker" Robin Blaze.

Takizawa Defeats Dean!!! (02/21/99)
SJPW's Wrestlefest was topped by an incredible main event, a brutal, stiff, and hatred-filled match which saw Mitsunori Takizawa defeat his former tag team partner, Ed Dean, to become the new All-Asian Juuryou Senshuken.  Takizawa suffered a punishing beating mid-match but came back to pin Dean following a Cradle DDT.

Warikame Goes Corporate! (02/21/99)
After defeating Tasogare no Prince to become the new SJPW Welterweight Champion, "The Warbird" Yukio Murakami shocked wrestling fans by being welcomed by Acting CEO Shinsaku Yamashita into the ranks of Chiimu Corporate which he joined as its new leader.

Genetic Tampering Inquest (02/21/99)
Following additional revelations concerning Alex RAPTOR's origins, officials from the Ministry of Health are investigating the Mishima Financial Empire for any possible violations of Japanese bio-ethics laws in regard to cloning.  Mr. Okasa, a spokesman for MFE, denied that any wrongdoing had taken place and assured reporters the matter would be resolved with no disruption to MFE operations.
