    • At the beginning of the card, Ace Kilcannon gave an expletive-filled interview in which he expressed his frustration over his loss to Ed Dean.  Antagonizing the fans, Kilcannon promised to destroy Dean utterly.

  1. In a first-round match in the PJW Grand Prix Championship mini-tournament, Kagemusha defeated Shishi "Lion" Fujiwara by pinfall with a La Majistral Cradle.  Throughout the match, Fujiwara acted dishonorably and the fans began cheering Kagemusha.

  2. In the other first-round match of the PJW Grand Prix Championship mini-tournament, The Banshee defeated "Ghost" Chandrasekhar Yoshida by pinfall with a screwdriver.

  3. In a first-round match of the Frank A. Mareno Memorial Tag Team Tournament, The Suicide Machines defeated The Heavenly Express with the 1-900-Suicide combination move.

    • "Iron Man" Tetsuo Matsumoto came out for an impromptu interview, stating that SJPW CEO Yamashita was trying to bury his career and demanding a match with Toshiaki "The Pyro" Takada.

  4. In another first-round match of the Frank A. Marano Jr. Memorial Tag Team Tournament, The Hardcore Foundation defeated Notorious B.I.G. by pinfall after "OG" Gary Trent hit Vice Lord with a steel chair.

    • SJPW CEO Shinsaku Yamashita came out to respond to Tetsuo Matsumoto's earlier interview, ordering him to wrestle Se-hong Kwan instead of Takada.

  5. In the final first-round match of the Frank A. Marano Jr. Memorial Tag Team Tournament, The Dynamite Express defeated The Professionals by pinfall when Randy Fuller executed a top-rope powerbomb on "Dangerous" Danny Jackson.

    • Jonnie Adonis interviewed Jet Jaguar II who stated that he was determined to face Ed Dean even though he was coming off a serious back injury.  Jet Jaguar II vowed to defeat Dean and also promised to gain revenge on Chandrasekhar Yoshida for his dishonorable acts.

  6. In the final match of the PJW Grand Prix Championship mini-tournament, The Banshee defeated Kagemusha by pinfall with a fisherman's superplex to become the first PJW Grand Prix Senshuken.  After the match, The Banshee shook hands with Kagemusha.

  7. In an All-Asian Juuryou Shimeijiai title match, Jet Jaguar II defeated Ed Dean by disqualification after Dean refused to release the half Boston Crab hold he'd used to force Jet Jaguar II to submit.

    • After the match, The Banshee attacked Dean to rescue his friend. Jet Jaguar II, but was attacked in turn by Doug Thomas.  Thomas and Dean proceeded to assault the two members of Hiryuu Batsu but further damage was prevented by the intervention of Tiger Kikuchi himself.
